3. Nominee Evaluation

4. Reference Checks (2 minimum)

Evalutation Process

• Board of Director (BOD) Nominees will be evaluated on answers in their application and an internal evaluation criterion.

• The BOD nomination process will take place one month before an AGM and the applicants will have two weeks to submit an application to be on the Board of Directors.

• Applicants must qualify for Class A, Voting Membership to be eligible for the Board of Directors.

• During the evaluation process, LJCLT will contact at minimum two references provided in the application. All applicants will receive a letter via electronic mail within a week of submitting their application.
